We are proud to announce that effective 7 June 2021, Norflex Inc. is now under new private ownership. Tom Norwood, General Manager, will continue to lead the company. Norflex will remain headquartered in Bessemmer, Alabama USA. Continuing on the success generated over the past 15 years, Norflex plans to continue to serve customers in the US and around the world with high quality expansion joint and damper products. The new ownership team brings refreshed energy and a desire to continue to increase customer reach and product offering.
